FARLEY, Ronald Melford – January 6, 1930-December 4, 2015
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our loved one, Ron. Loving husband of Andrea (Sinclair) for 57 years. Beloved father of Sharon (Frank), Beth (Pam) and Paul (Franca). Cherished grandfather of Emily, Jordan, Max, Zack, Luke, Justine and Miranda. Fondly remembered by stepbrother Alan (Barb) Boomer of Kelowna, stepsister Bev Boomer of Peterborough, and brother-in-law Bud Sinclair and his family of Ottawa. Ron will be dearly missed by extended family and friends, many of whom he met while at The University of Western Ontario, Knights of The Round Table, Kodak Canada, Don Coffey Ford and Spry Masonic Lodge, Beeton. Ron loved being with people and enjoyed nothing more than to spend time with those he loved. He was devoted to his family and a loyal friend to many. Special thanks to Dr. Alan Ward for his many years of great care and to several caregivers, especially Dr. Allison Ransom, nurse Kelly and PSW Clara who gave in house care, allowing Ron to pass peacefully at home. Thanks also to Rod Abrams Funeral Home for their care and assistance. As per Ron’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Saturday December 19, 2015 at 12:45pm at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Road, Tottenham, Ontario with visitation starting at 12 noon.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ron’s memory to South Lake Hospital, Cardiac department Newmarket or a charity of your choice.
Close to our hearts you will always stay,
Loved and remembered everyday.

My tears flow softly as I remember the wonderful times shared with Ron and Andrea. Glenn and I loved to spend time at their home outside of Tottenham, where we laughed and just enjoyed all being together. After Glenn’s passing my relationship only deepened with the Farley family.
