Peacefully, with her family by her side, at Southlake Hospital in Newmarket, on Wednesday July 5th, 2017. Jordelina in her 54th year, beloved wife of Eduardo Toste. Loving mother of Danny (Tanya), Cindy (Ricardo), and Melissa (Vikrant). Sadly missed by her grandchildren , Leandro, Xavier, Selena and Jacob. Dear daughter of Maria Jordelina and the late Manuel Pires. Forever in the hearts of her brother, sisters, extended family and friends. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to Community Care Access Center (CCAC) Drivers, Nurses, and Staff, for all their help and support.
The family will receive friends at Rod Abrams Funeral Home 1666 Tottenham Rd., Tottenham 905-936-3477 on Friday July 7, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. James Church in Colgan on Saturday July 8, 2017 at 11:30am, followed by interment in Queen of Heaven Cemetery Woodbridge.
