It is with great sadness and sorrow, in our hearts, that his family announces the passing of John, age 68, at York Central Hospital, Richmond Hill, with his family and friends by his side. He fought a courageous battle with illness. His courage during , and love for life, will always be remembered by his wife Sheila, children Lori Anne, Janis, Kathy and Karen, sons-in-law Shane and Tim, grandchildren , Jack and Genevieve, sisters Alvina, Virginia, Marie, sisters-in-law Jo and Julie and brother-in-law John. John lived in King City for the last 40 years and will be remembered for his hard work, strong family values and big heart.
Resting at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, Tottenham, 905-936-3477, on Friday February 14th, 2003 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00pm. A celebration of John’s life will be held at Windy O’Neil’s, 50 Interchange Way, Woodbridge, East of Highway #400, South of Highway #7, on Saturday February 15th, 2003, from 12 noon until 3:00pm. In memory of John, donations to the charity of your choice, would be appreciated by the family.
