Embury: Jeanette Marie (nee Chaffey),
It is with great sadness to announce the death of Jeanette Marie Embury who passed away on December 10, 2024. Jeanette died in her 86th year, peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Jeanette was born on June 4, 1939 in Warialda, New South Wales, Australia. Jeanette is survived by her son Mark (Jody), daughter Tracey (Gary), grandchildren, Kelsey (Bradley), Allison, Taylor, Nicole, great grandson, Sully and sister, Patricia.
Jeanette was preceded in death by her husband, Aleck; parents, Errol and Edna (Bill) and sisters Barbara and Marcelle.
As per her wishes there will not be a funeral service. The family will have a graveside service at the time of internment when she is placed beside her loving husband. If desired, donations in Jeanette’s memory may be made to Alzheimer’s Society of Canada or Royal Victoria Hospital’s “B.O.B Compassion Fund in Cancer Care’.
