What do you say about a big sister whom you have known your whole life? Irene did not have the easiest life but through it all she cheerfully kept going. As brother and sister we had great times and we had challenging times but I always knew she loved me and I hope she knew I loved her too. My heart has a hole in it now as i face the coming years without her. I miss her already and always will. I will always cherish our time singing hymns, praying and reading the Bible with her just a few days before her death. Love you always my dear sister.

Irene was our precious and much loved cousin. She loved Ishbel and I like her own. Such wonderful memories to treasure forever.
The twins grieve her passing as we did Mummy’s entry into Heaven.
