Tony Corbeau says
My deep condolences to the entire Carroll family.
Frank always had time for helping the young (WCB) claims officers and was a true fountain of knowledge.
Under his leadership, one of the fun-filled Christmas shows was a great success.
So happy to see that he had such a long, productive life.
Frank Mucci says
Frank had been employed with the WCB for many years. He was the first and only Rehabilitation Counselor for the Board. When I joined in 1974, it was Frank who mentored me. He offered the best advice to a new field worker, “always use the washroom when you have an opportunity because the opportunities may not be there when you need them”. Practical, that was Frank.
RIP Frank. You were a good man.
