Suddenly on Saturday May 16, 2020 at Stevenson Memorial Hospital Alliston. Dave McGillion at the age of 57 years, beloved husband of Susan McGillion (nee: Cajot). Loving father of David Jr. (Kerri), Michelle (Kevin McRobert), and Shawn. Dearly loved grandfather of Jack, Hannah, and Lauren. Sadly missed by his siblings: Charlie (Kathie), Rosemarie (Chris), Theresa, James, Michael (Vicki), and his sister in law Lisa Vachon (Alain). Predeceased by his parents Charles and Della McGillion. Dear son-in law of Margaret and the late Gerald Cajot. Forever in the hearts of his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Respecting government Pandemic limitations on gatherings, a private Graveside Interment of Christian Burial will be held in St. James Cemetery Colgan. A Celebration of Dave’s life will be held when it is once again possible to gather in groups larger than 10. Family and friends are encouraged to watch the funeral home website as details become available. For those who wish, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
