
Strachan: William Forbes “Bill” (Former Fire Chief, Beeton Fire Department)
Peacefully at Coleman Care Centre, Barrie, on Monday, January 30th, 2017. Bill Strachan, in his 90th year, beloved husband of Elsie (Miller). Loving father of Connie Strachan-Kowalski (Terry), and Paula Strachan. Sadly missed by his grand son Bill Kowalski (Tabitha Marshall).
The family will receive friends at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Rd.,Tottenham, 905-936-3477 on Friday, February 3 in the chapel from 11am until time of funeral service at 2pm. Bill’s mom used to feed me currents and I remember him being very friendly to the little kid who used to pester Bill Sr. and his mom.
