Dear Sue And Uncle Harry-I’m so terribly sorry to learn of Aunt Betty’s passing. I can still vividly remember her dry sense of humour. I’ve always regretted that we grew up so close in terms of proximity but lost contact somehow. Unfortunately I cannot be in attendance for the funeral however Shirley and I do extend our deepest sympathy at your loss. RIP Aunt Betty and be strong Uncle Harry. Hope to see you again next summer.

I remember Betty from when I was friends with Nancy in public school. We snowmobiled into their cottage, and had sleepovers on their basement floor in Thistletown. She was always cheery. Reminded me a bit of my mom.You were lucky to have her so long.
