
Farkas; Waltraud “Vally”
Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at her home, on Friday June 10th, 2016. Vally Farkas, in her 90th year beloved wife of the late Steve. Loving mother of Aranka (John) Marin. Sadly missed by her grand daughter Lyndsy. Remembered with love by John’s parents, William and Maria Marin, and the entire Marin family. Dearly missed by her close friends and many acquaintances. May she find peace and comfort in the hands of angels.
The family will receive friends at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Road, Tottenham, 905-936-3477 on Thursday June 16th, 2016 from 10:30 am until time of memorial service, in the chapel at 11:30 am. Aranka: My husband and I rented our first apt. from your Mom and Dad when they lived on the farm on Dufferin St. in 1970. You were in Grade one and I can still see your Mom waiting for the school bus to drop you off. Your parents were very kind people and I’m sure you will miss your Mom very much.
