Peacefully at Simcoe Manor, Beeton, on Thursday December 19th, 2013. Una (Greening) at the age of 93 years, beloved wife of the late Cormac (Connie) Robbin. Loving mother of Catherine (Eugene McEleney), and Kevin (Lorraine). “Munga” will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Leigh (Matthew) Shelson, Erin, Maggie McEleney, Lewis, Gracie, her great grandchildren David, Daniel, and Lucy, and also the Dodington family of Thompsonville. Dear sister of Reginald (Lucille) Greening.
The family will receive friends at St. John’s United Church, 56 Victoria Street, East, Alliston, on Monday December 23rd, 2013 from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Greater Simcoe County, P.O. Box 1414 Barrie, Ontario, L4M 5R4 would be appreciated by the family. Ralph and I were very sorry to read of your dear mom and grandmother’s passing.
She was a wonderful woman, and I spent many an afternoon visiting her when she lived on the 13th, listening to her great stories about her home in Newfoundland.
We were sorry to miss her funeral Catherine. Our heartfelt thoughts are with you and your family.
