Ruby Eldred Heaslip (nee Gray) passed away suddenly but peacefully on March 22, 2022 at Bradford Valley Care Community, after a long struggle with Alzheimers and more recently Covid-19. Ruby is survived by her loving daughter Sharon, daughter in-law Rosilyn; four grandchildren: Chantelle, Emily, Kelly, and Logan, as well as her great grandson Westin. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 49 years, Kenneth Heaslip, and son, Jonathan.
Being raised on a farm in Orangeville, she learned strength, hard work and found enjoyment of the simpler things in life. She carried these values with her throughout her life, and passed them on to her family, who will miss her dearly.
A small family gathering to celebrate Ruby’s life will occur at her daughter’s home sometime in the spring or summer. Arrangements entrusted to Rod Abrams Funeral Home, Tottenham.

Dear Sharon and family…. We’re so very sorry for the loss of your mom and grandmother. A true lady. She was a strong, loving woman who was so proud of all you! I know she enjoyed the endless teasing with all of you and her walks around town. If you could have kept her with you forever, you would have. Keep her love and happy memories always. We are thinking of all of you and send our love. Our deepest sympathies, Silvya and Dave.
