It is sad to hear of Randy’s passing. He was a kind and generous person. His soft spoken mannerism, made him easy to talk to. He was a keen listener, with many life experiences to pass on for anyone wishing to engage him in conversation. My class grad picture was made complete with a borrowed tie. Thanks again.

Steve O'Neill says
For a man who always thought of others before himself, Randy will be deeply missed. We were best of friends for a while, and near the end, were beginning to re-establish our friendship. Going to miss the morning waves as we passed each other on our way to work. Rest peacefully, my friend….until we meet again…..
