Peacefully at Simcoe Manor, Beeton, on Thursday, March 20, 2008. Joan Kant, in her 66th year, beloved wife of the late Glenn Hastings. Loving mother of Carl and his wife Janet and Kathy and her husband Marty Westecott. Remembered with love by her grandchildren Matthew, Janalyn, Mitchell, Lyndsay, Lauren and her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Dear sister of Bob and his wife Sharon Kant.
Resting at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Road, Tottenham, 905-936-3477 on Sunday, March 23, 2008, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel, 1:30 pm Monday, March 24, 2008 followed by interment in Mt. Tegart Cemetery, Tottenham.
