I would like to express my sincere condolences to the De-Lozey family on the passing of Ian. Although the circumstances are sad, I’m reflecting on many fond childhood memories as the kid from across the street in Everett, that spent lots of time with Andrew at the De-Lozey household. Ian was always very welcoming to me, as was your whole family, and I had a great appreciation for Ian’s humor. I remember my first introduction to “Monty Python” came from Ian, and their comedy still hits my funny bone to this day. The thoughts of the Goodenough family are with your family.

Our deepest condolences. Ian was an unbelievable man. He was the friendliest person, who just loved to socialize.
Our family knew Ian because of all the irreplaceable work and help he provided on our farm and home. We have never met a more deeply knowledgeable person and yet he was up on all modern ideas and tech as well.
My wife and I always looked forward to seeing Ian, not just because it meant that what ever needed fixing was going to get fixed, but to enjoy the long talks after and during Ian’s visits. He was so full of curiosity. We had no idea Ian was 82. So youthful in mind if not in body.
We are missing Ian. We are sorry we didn’t make it today to Tottenham, we only recently found out.

Momma D, Joanne, Mandy and Andrew and families. My heart breaks for you all with the loss of Poppa D. He was a truly lovely, funny and caring man. I know no words can ease the pain of the loss you have suffered but I do know that memories and funny stories that you hold in your heart will certainly make a little brighter those sorrow filled moments. May the good Lord walk with you at this time and give you the strength to endure this chapter.
To Poppa D, may the drinks be the finest quality and the cigars be plentiful and I hope heaven has a smoking area. You were a fine man and I truly enjoyed the pleasure of knowing you.
