I miss you Glenna! We we’re going to plan another trip. Newfoundland was great we had so many laughs. We encouraged each other when we did the long walk 5.4km or 3.35 miles to Western brook Pond.
I give my Condolences to the family.

I first met Glenna at New Leaf… close to 20 years ago…
Glenna was a great advocate for human rights and trying to create special programs for the clients we supported. She had a tremendous way of making a dull day, a funny one…
Long after we both left New Leaf… we kept in touch…
I was delighted to learn that Glenna had moved to Innisfil, where she could be closer to her kids and grand kids.
I lived just a few streets over.
Glenna expressed her grief of losing her husband and how she was keeping busy and moving forward… in her retirement…
When my husband and I were house bound… Glenna offered to pick us up groceries… and stopped by.
I moved out to Nova Scotia in Jan 2022.
Glenna was excited to plan her trip to New Found Land… and was originally planning to go solo. It was so nice to know her and Heather ventured out together…
I will truly miss Glenna’s random calls and sharing funny stories… with me…
I will keep her in my heart ❤️ forever..
She was truly a beautiful soul..
My heart goes out to all the family and loved ones… and hope you will find peace in her passing… God Bless

I’ve known Glenna for MANY years at New Leaf. She always had a joke, funny story, smile and a wink. She cared so much about the people she supported. She was also so proud of Kristy and Kyle, and I heard many updates on them, her grandchildren, and of course Scott. We were in NFLD at the same time, overlapped in St John’s for a couple days. But we didn’t get together, things just didn’t work out. But I know she enjoyed that trip!
Rest Easy Glenna. You have no idea how many lives are better because you came into them.
A Reason, A Season, A Lifetime.
