At Southlake Regional Health Care Centre, Newmarket, on Thursday, December 10th, 2009. Elfreda (Pierce), in her 87th year, beloved wife of the late Joseph Black. Loving mother of Barbara Parr (Dom), Joan, Paul (Lois), Margaret Crawley (Murray), Patricia McCabe (Gary), Michael (Arlene), John, Kevin (Lynn), Sherri, and the late Brian, Marlene and Helen. Sadly missed by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Resting at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Road, Tottenham, 905-936-3477 on Sunday, December 13th, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. James Church, Colgan, 11:00 am Monday, December 14th, 2009, followed by interment in St. James Cemetery, Colgan. For those who wish, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or to the ALS Society of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
