Peacefully at his home, on Tuesday, November 11th, 2008. Ed Abbott, in his 86th year, beloved husband of Irene Abbott (Cruickshank). Dear brother of John and his wife Catherine, and pre-deceased by his sister Elizabeth. Brother-in-law of Margaret and Peter Tipping. Remembered with love by his nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Road, Tottenham, 905-936-3477, on Friday, November 14th, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel, Saturday, November 15th, 2008 at 11:00 am followed by interment in Fraser Presbyterian Cemetery, Tottenham. Orange Lodge Service will be held in the chapel Friday, November 14th at 7:00pm.
