
McGuire: Bernard Gerard, (Royal Canadian Legion Branch 329 Tottenham)
Peacefully at the home of his daughter in Schomberg, on Friday June 3, 2016. Bernard McGuire at the age of 91. Beloved husband of the late Anne (Canning). Loving father of Bernadette (Glenn) Payne, and Roseanne (Steve) Dault. Remembered with love by his grandchildren: Ann Louise (Nathan) Gorr, David Elliott, Brian (Krista) Robinson, Danny Kanyo, and his Great Grandchildren: Damen, Maui, Aaliyah, and Barrett. Dear brother of Thelma Donnelly, Paul McGuire, and predeceased by C.J., Frank, Greg, B.J., Bert, Allan, and Bruce. Son of the late Hugh and Rose (Sullivan) McGuire. Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Rd., Tottenham 905-936-3477 on Monday June 6, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9, with Legion Service being held at 6:45pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Patrick’s Church Schomberg on Tuesday June 7, 2016 at 10:30am, followed by interment in St Patrick’s Cemetery Lloydtown.

I have so many fond memories of time spent at the farm in my elementary and secondary school years. There was never a dull moment. So many laughs, stories and adventures.
