Wallace: Elizabeth “Betty”,
Peacefully at Matthews House Hospice Alliston, on Wednesday November 3, 2021. Born in Govan, Scotland, emigrated to Canada in 1966. Betty Wallace, (nee: Aitken), in her 75th year, beloved wife of the late William Wallace. Loving mother of Dawn Morris, and Andrew (Sheila). Sadly missed by her grandchildren Aaron (Janie), Kyle (Sarah), Scott (Mareena), Gillian, Caleb, Alice, Katrina, Grace, and great-grandchildren Aiden, Eliot, Declan, and Mikayla.
Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Celebration will be held at a later date. Please check back as dates and times become available. For those who wish donations to Matthew’s House Hospice Alliston or Crohn’s and Colitis Canada would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Rod Abrams Funeral Home Tottenham. I am saddened to hear of Betty’s passing. I met her at the Garden Club. She would always greet me with a giggle and a chat. Always interested in others and making them smile. Quite a funny lady who enjoyed a good laugh. Her kindness and genuine good nature will be missed by all.
