Peacefully, at Matthews House Hospice, on Monday May 27th, 2019. Heather (Laccohee) in her 72nd year, beloved wife of the late Brian Young. Loving mother of Vanessa, and Leah (Chris) Kirkpatrick. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Ewan and Norah. Dear sister of Lynn Laccohee. Greatly missed by her extended family, many friends, and her fur babies.
The family will receive friends at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, Tottenham, on Monday June 3rd, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Memorial service will be held in the chapel, Tuesday June 4th, 2019 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alliston and District Humane Society or Matthews House Hospice would be appreciated by the family. www.RodAbramsFuneralHome.com

My Dear Friend…..I will miss you greatly. We have been neighbors for over 40 years, sharing a semi-detached home. I always said you were my better half. lol You were like a sister to me. I could always count on you, we looked after each other especially the last 15 years. It won’t be the same any more….I will miss sitting on the front porch with you and our chats over the back fence.
