Saddened to read the news of Sheena’s passing. She was my neighbour & we had many pleasant chats over the years. I appreciated her love of the animals & birds & recall her leaving dishes of food on her porch for the neighbourhood “strays”.
My condolences to all the family.

Our deepest condolences to all. The last few years have been very memorable for me. I spent many hours visiting with Sheena at the nursing home which brought us so much closer than the almost 50 years since I have known her. I will miss our afternoon visits, our walks in the hallways and our trips to the patio, feeding the squirrels and chipmunks peanuts which brought such smiles to her face. She loved animals of all kinds and we shared lots of stories, past and present with lots of photos while we sipped on our coffees. Loved her dearly and will miss her greatly. RIP my friend/mom

Auntie Sheena,
I hope you knew what you meant to me.
I have loved and admired you for as long as I can remember. As a little girl I watched you and decided that if I were to have children my goal would be to be like you as a mother. I hope I was able to do that because you were the best.
“Only an aunt can give hugs like a mother, keep secrets like a sister and share love like a friend.” (author unknown)
Thank you for stepping in as a mother when I needed one, for keeping my secrets and for sharing your love.
Love Robin
