Beers: Darci-Lynn Louise.
Darci was taken suddenly from her family and loved ones on August 19th, 2017 at the tender age of 24. She lived every moment of her life for her precious 3 year old son Joey. Leaving to mourn her passing is Joey’s father, Brandon Halbych. She loved time spent with her late sister Lindsay’s daughter, Emily. (There is some comfort in knowing Darci is now with her Big Sis). Darci is the beloved daughter of Kim (Horan) Chaulk and Mike Beers and loving step-daughter to Alex Chaulk and Juanita Burt. She will be missed beyond words by her younger sister Ali (BooBoo). She was a step-sister to Patricia and Jamie and aunt to Dora and Sophia. Darci will be greatly missed by her grandparents, Nana Karon, Papa Ron and Rose Horan and her grandma Marg and grandpa Clarence Gillies and the late Evelyn Chaulk. She is loved by her aunts, uncles, brother-in-law Ryan, cousins, extended family and many, many dear friends. She was passionate about saving every animal she could and will also be missed by her 4 legged friend Odie and his little brother Mylo. She will be always remembered as someone who was always there to help and she was the smile in the room.
The family will receive friends at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, Tottenham, 905-936-3477 on Friday September 1st, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. with family reflections commencing at 8:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Paul the Apostle Church, King Street, Alliston at 11:00 am on Saturday September 2nd, 2017. www.RodAbramsFuneralHome.com

I met Darci years ago, as she was such a dear, and has always been one of the dearest friends to my daughter Sarah. Darci came in to our lives and hearts and has always remained there even when there were time lapses that seperate us. My heart breaks for the Beers family and for Darci’s son Joey
at this time through the loss of such a beautiful, carefree and loving young woman, mother, sister, daughter, niece, granddaughter, aunt, cousin and friend to so many.
May God Bless you and keep you always in his arms. Love and Prayers .. Diana

We met you 7 years ago when our son Ryan introduced you to us. We took you kids on a trip to the states, Darien lake and niagara falls. Then we discovered you had never tried cheese cake before until then, well your eyes got big, and with a huge smile you devoured yours and then grabbed for ours! Cheese cake would be the running joke from then on. We adored you, and enjoyed running into you at the dog park, always a heartfelt embrace, and a warm smile. It Was always a treat to see you sweet girl. I admired your role in being an exceptional loving mother and aunt to your niece. Your love of animals, and sometimes a handful of dogs at the park. Your devotion and love to your whole family and friends shines through. Words cannot express our sadness that you had to leave us so soon. Our thoughts and prayers go out to your whole family at this difficult time. May God hold you all tight and comfort you. Heaven has received another angeL Darci-doo doo you will be truly missed by everyone who knew you. Our deepest condolences to Darci’s family.

A genuine soul. Darci you were one of my closest friends when we were kids and though we didn’t continue to hang out throughout adulthood we definitely remembered to stay in touch. Darcilynn it was only last Thursday when you asked me for a reference for a position at an animal hospital. You were so excited and I told you on that day you brighten my day. I never thought in a million years my heart would feel so broken. Losing both you and Lindsay in such a short time has really put a huge weight on my heart. To my best friend Kim, I am so so sorry this is something no-one should have to go through. Your girls will forever be a part of my heart. I will cherish all the wonderful memories we shared throughout the years.

Darci and I grew up down the street from each other in our childhood years, weekends at the park with friends and catching frogs in the pond. We always kept in touch over the years and got togeather when we had time in our busy lives, you will always be a good friend and be greatly missed Darci, I know God has a special spot for you in heaven. Rest in peace and fly with the angels.
Sara Duclos says
Darci was my best friend growing up. Unfortunately we did grow apart but she has always had a special spot in my heart as well as her family. We went through so much together and to say I’m in disbelief is an understatement.
She was such a hilarious person, always wanted to make others happy when we were younger and I know she loved her little guy so much. She was passionate about the way she loved, which was such an amazing quality in a friend.
You’ll still always have a place in my heart, Darc.
Cassie Phair says

Life is constantly changing. The people in your life come and go.. but you didn’t. You were always here for me no matter what. When I was sick you’d bring me tea, when I needed a place to stay your door was open and when my house caught fire you were there for my family, my pets and I… And so much more. I could always count on you to make me laugh and smile. You were my best friend since grade 10 and you will always be my best friend. I love you so much Darci Lynn Beers. You were my soul mate, my best friend, my person and my sister. Not a day will go by without me being grateful for knowing you. I am proud to call you my friend and I always will be.
I would also like to send a thank you to Darci’s parents for raising the most amazing person I have ever met.
