Peacefully at her home, Tottenham, on Monday August 14, 2006. Anne Johnson in her 83rd year, beloved wife of Gerry Eagan. Loving mother of Theresa and her husband Larry Major, and Bob and his wife Julie. Loved by her 6 Grandchildren: Casey, Scott, Brianne, Ashley, Dane, and Robbie. Dear sister of Marg (late Wally) Burns, Carrie (late Pat) Hinchey, the late Phil and Marguerite Johnson, Winnie (late Bob) Devane, Peter (Judy) Johnson, late Genevieve (Jim) McKenzie. Lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews especially Sandra, Michele and Jamie. Dear daughter of the late Stephen and Elizabeth Johnson formerly of Northern Bay Newfoundland.
The family will receive friends at Rod Abrams Funeral Home #1666 Tottenham Rd., Tottenham (905) 936-3477 on Wednesday August 16, 2006 from 7-9pm and Thursday August 17, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday August 18, 2006 at 11am in St. James Church, Colgan followed by interment in St. James Cemetery, Colgan. Donations in Anne’s memory to the Dialysis Unit of Stevenson Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
