Suddenly, at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville, on Wednesday, September 26th, 2007. Vera (Matson), beloved friend and companion of the late Les Thompson and Bob Dangio. Loving mother of Marlene Denney and Lynne and her husband Andy Meeker. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Perry, Jordanna, Derek, Jonah, Makaiia and her 7 great-grandchildren. Pre-deceased by her grandson Darrin. Dear sister of Muriel Wray, Laura and her husband Roy Watson, and the late Wes, Stella, George, Luella, Irene, Milfred, Johnny, Viola, and Bud. Resting at Rod Abrams Funeral Home, 1666 Tottenham Road, Tottenham, 905-936-3477 on Saturday, September 29th, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel, 1:30 pm Sunday, September 30th, 2007 followed by interment in Morningside Cemetery, Palgrave. Donations in Vera’s memory to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
