Cleary: Ann Celia,
It is with great sorrow we announce that Ann Celia Cleary (Dillon) passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on March 19th in her 86th year.
Ann will be greatly missed by her cherished family. She was predeceased by her husband Patrick of 65 years. Ann was a loving mother to Timothy (Susan) and Siobhan (Michael). Adored by her grandchildren Derek, Melanie (Adam), Shannon, Melissa (Kyle), Matthew and step grandchildren Christopher (Jessica), Scott (Stephanie) and Jessica. Ann was also beloved Gigi to Callighan and Step Gigi to William, Keatyn, Stephen, Maya and Cecelia. She was a dear sister-in-law to Josephine and an aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father and mother Jack & Elizabeth Dillon and her brother Michael.
Ann was a devoted mother and wife who worked as a medical secretary for close to over 30 years. She was a proud Canadian who maintained her Irish roots with her most recent trip home in October 2024. After years of watching hockey with Pat, she continued to root for the Leafs after he was gone. We will miss our queen, mother, grandma, sister in law, aunt and most importantly our Gigi. Ann wrote her own rules on life and lived life to the fullest. Her smile and laugh will be forever with us.
The family would like to thank the incredible palliative care team through Bayshore and Bethel House for their compassionate care for Ann during this time. A special thanks to Ann’s private care giver Walie, who has and always will have a special place in our hearts.

Deepest sympathy to Timmy, Siobhan, and family on the passing of their mom, Ann. We enjoyed her friendship for many years and will always remember her kindness and friendly smile. Paddy and Ann visited us in London, with Timmy & Siobhan for many years, and we went to Caledon to spend weekends with them.
They were gracious hosts and will be greatly missed. May Ann RIP

Sincere condolences at this time. Your Mom is now reunited with Paddy.
She’s probably catching him up on Tim’s latest transgressions.
Seriously though, your many colleagues and friends at HCAT are thinking of you at this time. Strength, my friend.

Our deepest sympathies to Tim, Siobhan and all the Cleary family on the sad passing of their beloved mum Ann. We have so many fond memories of Auntie Ann and Uncle Paddy coming to Ireland and spending time in Cathaganstown over the years. It was great to see her last autumn on her last visit. You are all in our thoughts and prayers at this sad time. May she rest in peace. Séamus, Emma, Kate and James.
