I had no idea and was so saddened by this news. I was trying to find out where Diane lived now as we knew each other very well in Timmins when we lived across the street from each other and our children were young. My deep condolences to Mark, Jennifer and Shane. I am so sorry for your loss.

Bernie and Family, we are so sorry for your loss. I loved to sit and chat with Diane. She was so passionate about her family. I could always feel her radiate the love she had for Jesus! I know we had lost touch with each other over the last couple of years, with parents, and friends making their way to the Land of Glory. I will miss her smile and beautiful thoughts. When I was a child, and attended my Baptist Church in Petrolia, I always wondered what the meaning was of the words we said on our birthday. “Many happy returns to the day of thy birth, and may sunshine and gladness be given, and may the Dear Lord prepare thee on earth for a beautiful birthday in heaven.” I now know the meaning of these words, and I know Diane is in glory to be with Jesus!
